Hi,
My name is Lindsay. I decided 2 weeks ago to make March 28 my quit day. I have been strugling, and trying to cut back since I found out I was pregnant. However, 3 days after I found out I was fired from my job. I also lost my father in October of last year. Different things are changing in my life, and I want to have a healthy baby. I feel so guilty about still smoking. I am 18 weeks.
My husband of going on 7 years and I had a discusion last week after I went to a counseling session at my local health department. He has promised to not smoke in the house anymore on my quit day. I think this will help alot, because everytime I see him light up I want a puff too. Needless to say cutting back has not been easy.
Neway enough about myself I will be gearing up and cleaning out all the tobacco, and ashtrays this evening, and make sure that all my stashes are out of the house.
Is there anyone else that is pregnant and strugling with this a buddy who is going through the same thing would really help!
