Keep Your Quit Tuned Up

A tune up includes removal of any smoking paraphernalia in your home or car.  (even that last stashed cig for emergencies)

Make sure that family and friends know of your Quit and respect your journey.

If you can't drink and not smoke, don't drink.

Help make your quit stress free, avoid situations that will create stress.

If you can't be around smokers and not smoke, don't be.

You may be ready for new friends that don't smoke.

Know what your triggers are and have a plan before the urge strikes.

Think of withdrawal as  a "cleansing" process.

Keep telling yourself that you can do this no matter what NOPE not one puff ever.

Be thankful that you are saving your life.   Have a great weekend smokefree.  I am a non smoker.
