You can search people's usernames using the magnifying glass in upper right to find their blog by their username. Or you can go to their profile by clicking on their username and then click content and then click the green Blog icon.

Does this mean we have to search for people's blogs, instead of just hopping on and seeing what everyone is writing about?
No you can check out https://excommunity.becomeanex.org/activity or
https://excommunity.becomeanex.org/content for things that were posted
recently. There is a way to sort by things newest to oldest.

You could also see the list of most recent blogs from all users from the homepage. Under the "Feature blog", there is a link to "All blog posts" which can be used to view all the personal blogs.
As Mark mentioned, we are hoping that "discussions" is an easier entry for newer users to post, but if you prefer to blog, that is of course totally encouraged as well! I would suggest if you want to discuss anything for input from other users, it's best to post in the "Conversations" area so that people can find it easier.

kristen_9.7.15 You can use discussions to talk about topics on your mind. Or you can ask questions. All of your blogs have been migrated into your personal blog. You can continue to blog in your personal blog if you want to or if you feel more comfortable you can create discussions. With the old site I think there was a lot less participation because people were nervous to blog because they thought there was an expectation to create a great topic, with a long length and then consistently blog. I admit it was a bit intimidating. Having discussions and questions is a quick way to get more people involved in a less intimidating way.
