@newcomer53167 I want to let the entire community know that I smoked my last cigarette at 4:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. I declare with a loud voice that 2024 will be a smoke-free year!!! I have my plan in place, I hold on to my positive self talk, I have my medication and I am ready to move forward in a new smoke-free life. Just wanted to report some positive news to begin the new year. Happy New Year to everyone!!!!!!
