Hello Everyone. I am a 29 year old male from Kenosha WI have been smoking for 16 years it is time to Quit, more or less when I smoke now it is that more or less something to do not that I want one. I have a great support from my boyfriend who does not smoke. One thing about how great he is among all the other reasons is that he does not pressure to quit and does not mind. I have been thinking and talking about quitting for almost a year and it is time wish me luck.. will post in a couple few days to let y'all know how I am doing
i been smoking for 16 years too and i know is my time to quit ...i know its going to be very hard i wish u the best of luck and hopefully we will be smokefree
hi , i smoked for 15 years and quit last year with the patch recently i started smoking agian , my lungs hurt and i really want to quit agian , if u have any suggestions please help ,
