Here I am again.

Hello, I quit for 6 days last month and need to make it a permanent change. I can't keep starting and stopping. I need this to be over. I have a very addictive personality and I am really afraid. Any words of wisdom are very helpfull. Thanks.

Dont feel bad! I am here again too. I quit for almost 60 Days and am back after a three day binge..is that what you would call it? Dont be afraid you are amongst friends!

U have a lot of support here. Keep coming back and learning how to cope and welcoming that support and i am sure you will do fine.

I am quitting tomorrow after 30 years of smoking and many failed attempts. I HAVE to quit because I am only 43 and I have COPD. I have a son that I love very much and I don't want to leave him on this planet without me, so September 11th is it. I too have an addictive personality. Good luck to all!!
