Give and get support around quitting
Hi All,
I am on day 25 of being smoke free now. No substitutes used, cold turkey ... feeling good though occasionally I feel moody. Would it be smooth sailing from here ?
no will sstill be a rocky time or two but most urges stop after a few minutes hanging there we can do this.
