Even though I haven’t had a cigarette I keep getting this gross taste like I have had a cigarette after everything I do! Any suggestions? Is this normal?
I was in church yesterday and kept smelling cigarette smoke so I smelled my sweatshirt and it wasn’t my clothes so I guess I’m not the only one that is going through this! Thank you!
Ew, YUCK...I have had phantom smells even years later but just THINKING about that taste makes me physically ill. I am sure it is a clean out of your lungs...
My question asked and answered! Just today (Day 10 of freedom) I have had that phantom smoke taste in my mouth and throat, bizarre I thought until I read all your comments. So not losing my mind (today anyway)...thanks!
