Give and get support around quitting

Back to the drawing board :/

I'm new on here as of yesterday afternoon. I was smoke free from July 4th until July 11th and now I'm back to the drawing board. I got into a fight with my sister-in-law and caved. I haven't fixed things with her yet, going to talk to her today, but now I'm back at the drawing board so that I can quit and stay smoke free. Any suggestions on how to manage/deal with triggers, I'll be glad for the advice. I want freedom from these nasty things. I just want to enjoy my family without thinking of that next cigarette.

Congratulations on lasting as long as you did. It's never easy. If you can avoid all negativity even if it means you have hold some personal things in. It's a lot better then a cigarette! You will do it! I believe in you!!
