Such ashame I don't see anyone in this group. I'm a firm believer in Allen Carr's methods.
And congrats to you! I do believe that makes us non smokers then, go figure!
Congrats on your quit! I also read Carr's book and it helped me a great deal! Most of us hang out here in the "Blogs" area rather than in "Groups". That is probably why you didn't see comments on the group page.
