im a 18 year old chain smoker who started at 14. I dont wanna quit because i kno that its one of the only things i have to lean on when im stressed or upset. My girlfriend even told me shed leave me if i didnt quit a long time ago. but im afraid to quit because cigarettes are the only things that i KNOW wont leave me. I kno that itll kill me and all that crap but its hard to just give up something that is guaranteed to relax me when everything else i kno can just leave me at any part and time... im hoping this can help but nothing else has. I wanna keep my girlfriend and live a healthy life but i dont kno whatll happen if i do and that scares me. I hope this helps... Haha HEAR IT GOES!!!!
