thanks u all for the wisdom and incouragement i cant thank everyone enough. when im at work and the craving pops up i grab my phone real fast because i cant bring my computer with me......but anyways i read the blogs and find myself going anutha day without smoking.this site is so amazing and im very proud of myself.i feel good,no hacking,no oder plus im 37 years old and have the will power to to stop my addiction in its track before its to late.i love my family and far most myself.to everyone that replied to my blog, again thanks, u just dont know how it really helps me get through the day.i was at work so i couldnt get caught on my phone just know that i didnt ignore you all
