its' been a rough day with alot of trigger, even woke up wanting a cig really bad....its like fighting off the devil on one shoulder and a angel on the other,...so far the angel is winner the fight but its been hard.. I really don't know I am having a rough day today...holding on tight with the fight...i hope it goes away....will all the tiggers disappear after awhile or is it going to be like this everyday,....???
