hello 62 yo biker from wi here . i have n\quit many times tryed it all . i did quit for one yr about 6 yrs ago but relapsed after that now im smokeing more !!! this time im done for life no matter how hard i can do this .last quit i listened to so many tell me how it gets ezer .. but after a yr it was still really hard so i gave up . this time im not gpoing to expct it to get ezer . thou i know it will a bit .been smokeing sence earlly childhood round 10 yrs old . im diabitic with a histry of heart problums in my family i want to see my grands graduate from collage i need to just quit for my health if nothing elce .......any advice or help will be appreated
