where to find info on NML?

As I'm going on my over a month free of smoke you guys mentioned about NML that I should be aware of.

Where do I get that information?

I still can't believe that I relly quit! And it's been pretty easy with the right information and support.

You have done really well to get to the one month anniversary.  NML is just "tricky" because craves seem to come out of nowhere and are sometimes very strong.  Nothing makes it worth smoking, NOTHING.  It really does get easier as time goes by!

Dale's page is a virtual gold mine of information!
