I am going to try to quit again on the first of July. My biggest reason of why I didn't quit the first time is cause when I wasn't smoking all I was doing was eating. I am very concerned about my weight, and I don't want to make myself over weight because I quit smoking. Does anyone else have this problem and how did you over come the urge to eat when you quit smoking? I gained about 20lbs in the first 2 weeks after quiting smoking and I figured at that rate I am going to run into health problems by being over weight.
