sorry I havnt been on site for awhile. I have been busy. Also I have been having alot of trouble with

my cumputer. It Freezes and other problems with it. It is a old version one.  I am doing allright so far.

It has been over a week. I have been doing practice work out, puzzles ,resting and going to events.

Thursday big night. Its Thursday lets dance. I have slowed down a little bit beacause of last time

injury. Enjoy
