Hi, I just turned 50 yrs old. I have 2 beautiful children one who is 28 years old and 1 who is only 8. I love them and my family and friends a lot. I have 3 dogs who are a big part of our family. I accidentally came to this site by clicking on a ad, which I never do. I been trying to cut down and succeeded at that. However, quiting seems so hard for me to do. My mother passed away of lung cancer and smoked 5 packs a day. I watched her die and my grandfather from lung cancer as well. All from smoking. I want and need to quit.
