I'm a 63 year old grandma of 3 (as of now) with two beautiful, wonderful daughters. I've lived in Alaska since 1977, currently in Juneau for the past 30 years.
I've been a smoker all my life and desperately NEED/WANT to quit for good - this time. I've had other quits before (2 quits that were for about a year, and other shorter quits).
Here's what I've decided to try THIS time. No nicotine replacement (as of my thinking now), just cut back gradually until my quit date.
I'm looking for a person (or two) for support and to give support, with "private" messages through this site. This will "work" for me - as too much "obligated" communication is stressful for me!
