I am a 65 yr old mother of two And grandma to 7 grandchildren. I am pretty inactive since two major back surgeries in 2011 and 2012 so most of the stuff I used to Do to distract me is impossible now. I eat and I smoke and try and walk as much as I can. But the boredom has me smoking more than I ever did before because I have to sit down a great deal of the time.
