Hello friends and ex family. This past week has been both a challenge and an eventual blessing. Here is the challenging part. I had the flu 2 weeks ago, and somehow it morphed into shingles. The shingles have had me in copius amounts of nerve pain. Heres where the blessing comes in.
Normally, when I was in pain, I would smoke to "comfort" myself. It never entered my mind, ya'll! Not even once!
