Description
I have been smoking for 50 years and quit on May 8th, 2014. It has been difficult but not as difficult as I had thought it would be.
I quit cold turkey I know some of the research says that's not the way to go but for me I thought it was best.
Of all the things I've accomplished in this lifetime this would rank way up there so I have to continue.
