so I ran out of smokes yesterday. the good news, I didn't go out and buy a pack! today I even went to the store and got lozenges. even better news is that I haven't felt the need to have one. the real test though is tomorrow driving to and fro work. still have postivie hopes about it all. one thing to be seen is how they taste...
