Description
I became a non smoker about nine years ago. Prior to that I had smoked on and off for many years. I once stopped for four years and started again. Back then all it took was a party with people puffing away to get me started after four years clean.
I came from a family of puffers. Mother and Father both heavy smokers. It was the 1950s after all, when just about every movie depicted smokers as cool. Think Humphrey Bogart in the African Queen!
Finally...absolutely finally I quit. I'm saving the rest about how I quit for my blog.
