Description
I was a 15 year smoker. I loved to smoke, my cigs were my very best friend. I have had a troubled past like many people, and the only thing that had seen me through it all was my habit!! I have been blessed in the last couple of years and have not had that excuse any longer, my life has been peaceful. It has probably been about a year since I really started to think about quitting. On October 31st I had my last cig......the day my new life started. Now I can smell better, breather easier, have a TON more ENERGY, and I am saving so much money!! I have always been told what a strong person I am, but now I BELIEVE it. This is the most impowering thing I have ever done. I know I can do it, I know I can stay quit. My quit is STRONG!!
