I'm a 32yr old female living with my wife and 5 cats here in the city of Manchester NH but from the north shore of MA. I also have 3 beautiful sons living in my home state. I'm trying to find ANY successful ways to quit smoking. I'm trying to quit smoking for various reasons on a personal level but more importantly was "ordered" (may be slightly harsh wording) to quit by my Orthopedic Surgeon for medical purposes (much need back surgery)
