I have smoked for over 30 years now. I quit in 1999 after 28 years of smoking a pack a day. but sad to say started back 2 years ago. not smoking as much at 1/2 a pack a day , olny on work days. I have tryed to quit over the last 2 years lots of times but am finding that it has been a lot harder then the first time in 1999
