I'm 44 and I've tried 3 times to quit smoking. I quit on July 14th, 2013 I decided to just quit cold turkey because nothing else was working. I live alone. My daughter is married and moved to Florida last year. I have two grandchildren. I needed to quit smoking because of health issues. I am currently trying to weight too.
