Under normal circumstances, in preparation for a snowfall, I'd be planning ahead with 5 or 6 packs of cigarettes to get me through a few days just in case we had another blizzard in Ohio like the one we had in "78".
That was around the time I started smoking with my school friends. We thought we looked so cool then with our bell bottom jeans with heart and rainbow patches down the legs, t-shirts, headscarves tied at the back of our necks, crazy long red hair to the back of my knees, corduroy purses (cigarettes included) made from our brother's outgrown pants. I miss how easy those days look from where I stand now.
I'm not sweating the lack of cigarettes. They only made my life complicated and I'm at the stage of cutting back and removing old baggage and junk from my life and smoking is pure junk.
