I have gone from 17-20 cigarettes per day to 3-4.. I want to quit and get rid of cigarettes for good but at least I feel I've done a great progress so far..it's very hard and the cravings are bad but I am determined to do it this time. I want to stop wanting them. I am afraid that the need won't go away and that scares me the most..:( but I have to stay positive.. 😄
