Well I am giving it another go. I have tried to quit before and failed many times. Using the patch and it's not so bad. On day 3 now and very determined to succeed this time. I will be 67 next month and this time is going to be it. I hope to hear from others for encouragement. I will take it one day at a time...Paulette
