Help- I have been smoking for 30 years and I sincerely want and need to quit smoking before back surgery.
I am starting the patch on Wednesday. I welcome any advice or support to make this journey successful.
Besides the above reasons I have 2 cats and I don't want to expose them to smoke any longer than I have already.
