I have one pack today to smoke.......my quit day is October 7th...........I just don't know if it's going to happen.
They told me to never stop quitting quitting so here I go again. I have a headache from the smoke and can't believe I'm here again at ground 0.
So many people on this site care so much and wrote me so many lovely things since I joined. My head is pounding.
Trying to see the light. It's 12:30 pm eastern standard. Maybe I'll try 1 per hour and chew gum and drink water in between.
