had my interview...and didn't get the job. I am going to set my quit date for Monday. I have been reading the course at the quitsmokingonline.com. I hope this time I can quit the nicotine lozenges for good!
you will need focus and determination. hope will not free you. hope is a wish. without a plan of action it is just a word.
