Hi everyone, Today is my quit date and I need all the help I can get. Don't think my husband

is as ready as I am. Know that will make it harder, but I'm going for it. Too much to live for and

tired of this monkey on my back. Any encouragement will be greatly appreciated.

I am 78 days smoke free and I have tried to quit time and time again.This site is how I am staying smoke free. You will love the support makes all the diffrence in the worls.

Hi Denise and welcome to Ex...the best thing you can do at this point is read as much as possible from these websites I'm about to give. They will educate you about this addiction and the mind games it plays on you...As for today, stay close to this site and blog and read, blog and read and STARVE the nicodemon...come here and blog when you want help...Nancy
