Hello, I'm on day three of quitting with the patch. The past two days have been hard but not overbearingly. Last night I had vivid dreams of me trying to find my ciggarates, but not having enough time to smoke them. I woke up this morning and smelled my fathers ciggarates downstairs. When I went to the store to buy gum, the cashier had my ciggarates waiting for me on the counter, I had to tell him no. I'm sitting at my internship (which is very boring) and I usually smoke alot of ciggarates to keep me occupied, well it's only 1:27, and I have until 7pm, I really want a ciggarate, help...
