Hey, I am a 42yr old female, who has been smoking since I was 13yrs old. I have three children, and have stopped smoking for all their pregnancies. As soon as I delivered, I was back on the ciggie. 😞 .... I have previously attempted to quit with no success. I have been reading the tips and advice... hopefully this time will be easier.
