I use to smoke when I was 20 for a short time , I met my ex and we both decided to start a family . we quit cold turkey , and I never had trouble . about 4 years ago my ex and I seperated due to him having issue with who he really is . He is gay and I won't go on about that . We are good friends still and I wouldn't change anything of my life with him. after the seperation I starting my habit again and I am not having the same easy process of quiting again . I am in a realationship and feel I am ready and need to stop slowly killing myself . my kids are my main joy and I want to succeed for them. I don't want them to become a smoker for so many reasons .
