Hello everyone my name is Kasey! I have been an off and on smoker for about 6 years, but I have finally decided to put my foot down! I am ready to quit! My biggest problem now is I have a tendency to panic when something goes wrong in my life. Then to bring my self out of the panic I smoke. I have noticed that I become stressed and panic much more easily than I used to but my smokes have always been my crutch. I am going thru a no fault divorce at the moment and it really hurts, but I am trying my best to stay strong! I love getting helpful advice and any kind of words of wisdom any one wants to give.
