Description
I'm 54, spiritual, love to paint, listen to music and read books. I love gardening, exercise, dancing and being a mom. I quit smoking for ten years only to play around one day in 2003, bought a pack of cigs when I was at a bar just to have a puff. That's how it started again. I am determined to quit naturally as the first time. I am using cinnamon sticks, jolly ranchers, carrots, celery, cashews, pretzel rods, liquorice sticks and am in it for the long haul. I'm having surgery in Feb. and will be in the hospital for 3 to 4 days. I'm gearing up for that time now. I don't want to deal with an initial shock of not being able to smoke for days while in pain and recovery. I figure now is the time to go with it. I wanted to quit New Years Day, but didn't have the mindset.
