I have been struggling with smoking since I was a teen. I have quit in the past a couple of times for several years, but that sneaky nicotine addition managed to creep back into my life again. Usually when I would be out for drinks, "You can have just one, whats the harm?" So here I am, closet smoking daily again. I have been on the "I'll quit every day plan." with no resolve.
I was so Happy to see this website. What a great way to have support. I realize now I can't do it on my own. I told my hubby yesterday that I was smoking and was planing to quite yesterday. My quite day is on 10/16/15.
I am going to quite for GOOD this time. No more excuses.
