I help train Thoroughbred race horses in Kentucky. I have been a smoker for 19 yrs now and it is the single toughest thing I've ever had to attempt to give up physically.
I've seen the ex.org commercials on TV and decided to sign up. I am still struggling with intermittant smoking but I've drastically cut my consumption. I still need to set a quit date so I can be totoally free of this prison.
I am tired of the smell, the social ostracisation, and the general feeling of depencency. What a great resource this site seems to be.
