Getting ready to hit my 41st birthday...and the best gift I can think to give myself is to have a smoke free birthday! Sick of it running my life, making me sick, and making my family miserable. It's been my best friend for 28 yrs...time to let go though. I am tired of living in fear that everyday that cigarette I am holding is the one to give me cancer. I have already endured a hysterectomy due to cervical cancer. One would think that would be enough to make you stay quit...nicotene is a mighty powerful thing though...and after 3 yrs of smoke free I let that demon back into my life..This time I am struggling but I am also determined!
