You need to read ImaDeer's blog about dysphoria.

We all went through some of this.

The only way out is through

Four big days and they are big!! You are doing it! Congrats on starting the Freedom journey. First few days are OVER and behind you!!! I know, Shew!! Onward, just one day or hour or minute at a time keeps adding up!!! 🙂

It gets better, the withdrawal symptoms are really intense in the beginning and really anything that we feel, we blame on withdrawal whether it is related or not.  You are stacking the days up and that's really important, you are more than halfway through H%ll week.  Hang in there, if you need to sleep and you can, then sleep.  Keep putting one foot in front of the other.

4 days is awesome.  It will get better.  Be sure to be drinking lots of water and do slow deep breathing.  Rest up too.

Here are a few good links to read that may help you understand changes you're experiencing as your body detoxes and your brain is screaming for nicotine.

I had to quit any food or drink high in caffeine at least 8 hours prior to bedtime, then I was able to sleep more than an hour or two at a time.

Another thing that will help is to keep your blood sugar levels on an even keel. I know it helped me when I was given these links. I saved 'em just for you!

Hang in there! Keep moving forward, it all leads to FREEDOM!
