Sorry I have been off for a while. We had trouble with our internet and I still have this stupid flu bug. I am soo happy to be smoke free!  I don't have to find the extra strength to go outside and make my throat worse. Can I get a AMEN LOL!! Love to all of you.

Amen Anna Amen~ I myself just got over a broncial infection and the medicine they put me on blew out my ankles, yup the were gone for 6 + days.  My "Cankles" we hilarious to look at but rather bothersome. Note to self- don't use that antibiotic again. I am finally starting to look like I have feet again.  Hope you are feeling better soon!
