Ex family, I am just posting a few lines before i go out to the bar with a couple friends. Which is also a test of my social anxiety disorder but with the people i trust most. NON-SMOKERS. And i'm not bold enough to ask a stranger for a cigarette. and I dont want to smoke. Even yesterday i had a craving when my dad pissed me off...ill go into that later if i didn't in my previous blog. Just thought i would let everyone know im looking forward to an amazing SMOKE-FREE afternoon/evening. Well I have to leave in a few! So i will update later tonight. Remember NOPE NOT ONE PUFF EVER
