Description
I am 55 years old and have smoked since I was a teenager! I am tired of feeling slow and old. I have had a cold now for 3 weeks and I KNOW my smoking is not helping. My quit date is Sept 10th and I am scared to death just reading all the possible withdrawls everyone has written about but thank you all for being honest. I am currently un-employed and bored stiff...no car so I am stuck at home...new to this area so no friends here. I spend alot of time on the computer which I see now is a big trigger...Thank you all in advance for your help.
