I am a female, that has smoked - off and on - for almost 30 years. I have 6 adult children and 5 grand children. The longest time I have stopped smoking - was almost 7 years. The shortest time I have stopped smoking was about 6 weeks.
I AM DETERMINED TO QUIT, EVEN THOUGH THE PAST 2 YEARS HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY STRESSFUL... I AM DETERMINED TO QUIT.
