Fourth day of my quit, again, and doing fine. Urges not too bad and when they are I have used nicotene gum. I don't want to use it too much and hope to not use it at all as I go forward. I've done this before for over a year so it doesn't seem as hard this time. Can smell everything easy again, some things I don't want to smell:) When I think of smoking I think of how it stinks and what the hell did I like about it? Hard part is keeping it going forever!
