Ok, I forgot my Chantex at home today when I left for work. Since I am so early into my quit (day 19) I turned the car around and when back home and got it. I just feel like I need all of the help possible even if it is medication. Today I am starting to get a cold, probably sinus as I drank Milk and that seems to be the predessor. Anyway, when I breathe in I cough... I haven't had a ciggarette cough in days and this is different than that... however, it is a great reminder as to why I am quitting.
